The signup form sends your email address, optional workflow description, and consent to Elmden. We store them with the signup time in our website database so we can understand demand and send updates about development and availability. This form does not upload or process client documents. Please do not send client data or other sensitive information.

The website operator can access these signup details through a private admin area. Signup details are not sent to an external AI service or used to train a model. Signing up does not create a paid account or commit you to a purchase. The form saves your request; it does not send an automatic email.

We keep signup details while operating this product-update list, until you request removal or the list is closed. To unsubscribe, request access or correction, or ask us to remove your signup, email unsubscribe@documents.elmden.app from the address you used. You can also reply to any product update. Removal from the active list does not immediately erase copies in private operational backups, which are not used for sending updates.

We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics to count visits and link clicks. Form contents and session recordings are not collected by analytics. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. An essential browser cookie protects form submissions against forgery. The website processes connection details to serve requests and limit abuse.

The product is being prepared to run its software and trained model in your cloud account, with client documents and model processing inside your environment and no Elmden access. That product architecture is distinct from the website signup, which intentionally sends your contact details to us. Public availability, supported environments, pricing and licensing are still being developed.
